Product Information

We aim for accuracy in all product listings, but minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur, especially for wood-based materials.

Customization requests are subject to feasibility review and may carry additional charges. A final quote and specifications will be confirmed with you before production begins.

Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be modified or cancelled (see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details).

Payments

We accept online payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Alfalah, cards), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery for local orders.

Refunds & Returns

Refund and return eligibility is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and Exchange Policy.

To initiate a refund, submit the Refund Request Form with accurate order details, a clear reason for the request, and supporting evidence (product photos and payment confirmation). Our team will review and process the request accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Zento. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Zento is not liable for delays, damage, or losses caused by third-party courier services once an item has left our facility, subject to our Damaged or Defective Items policy.

Any disputes arising from use of this website or our services will be resolved under the laws of Pakistan.
